Top Line Vocal Collective is an exclusive one-­of-a -kind choral group, built on the foundation of harmony, rhythm, and fun. Directed by Warren Dean Flandez, this non­denominational, community­-based vocal ensemble showcases 40 of Vancouver’s most celebrated voices through the sounds of pop, traditional and contemporary R&B, soul and classic gospel.
