Getting Here
By Transit
TransLink is the easiest way to get around during Jazz Fest. For Granville Island, take Bus 50, which stops directly on the island. For Downtown venues, Burrard and Granville SkyTrain stations are both within easy walking distance.
Please note: Granville Street between Georgia and Davie Streets is currently closed to vehicles as a pedestrian zone for the FIFA World Cup, with bus service rerouted to Howe Street southbound and Seymour Street northbound. Plan extra time on World Cup match days. Check translink.ca for updated schedules.
By False Creek Ferry
Taking the ferry to Granville Island is one of the best ways to arrive. Ferries depart from docks at the Aquatic Centre (Burrard Bridge), Yaletown, and Science World. Visit granvilleislandferries.bc.ca for schedules and fares.
By Bike
Granville Island has bike racks throughout. The Hornby Street protected bike lane connects directly to the Downtown Jazz footprint at šxwəˀnəq Xwtl’e7énk_ Square.
By Car
Granville Island parking fills quickly, especially on weekends. We recommend arriving early or combining driving with biking or the ferry. Note that Pacific Boulevard (from Cambie Bridge to Carrall St.) is closed through late July. Plan your route at vancouver.ca before you go.
For downtown shows, parking is available at lots on Hamilton Street and nearby streets. Note that Larwill Park on Cambie may be occupied by World Cup operations through late July.
Tickets
All tickets are available at coastaljazz.ca or showpass.com/o/coastal-jazz-blues-society. Tickets purchased through unauthorized third-party sellers cannot be guaranteed.
