The SMOG Quartet is co-led by Vancouver pianist Sharon Minemoto and legendary Canadian guitarist and Order of Canada recipient, Oliver Gannon. SMOG is a result of Sharon and Olly sharing a birthday which they celebrate by playing an annual gig in March at La Fabrique St. George. The gigs are always fun with sell out crowds enjoying their mix of standards, jazz classics and a few originals. Sharon and Olly will be joined by the very groovy rhythm section team of bassist Conrad Good and drummer John Lee.
