Vancouver vocalist/keyboardist Kristin Fung stirs her considerable talents, infectious charm, and choir chops into an effervescent cocktail of ‘70s R&B, funk, jazz, neo-soul, and pop. With “soulful grace and jazzy joy” (From The Intercom), Fung leads a four-piece band of Vancouver groovemasters through nu-retro sounds that invoke Aretha Franklin, Patrice Rushen, and Alicia Keys.
