The WSB Trio features a unique combination of trumpet, piano and guitar, performed by three of West Coast’s most distinctive jazz artists. Portland guitarist John Stowell is well known as a highly fluid and innovative improviser. Trumpet master Kevin Woods is currently head of jazz studies at WWU, and is well regarded as one of America’s top musicians. Pianist Miles Black has over 40 years of professional experience and has performed on countless albums and tours. This exciting new trio is proud to announce the imminent release of their new album.
