Embracing jazz’s past, present, and future, with a great chemistry and an adventurous, hard-swinging style; featuring acclaimed artists Mike Allen saxophone, Brad Turner piano/trumpet, and Dave Robbins drums. For over four decades, Tom Wakeling has put his bass to work with jazz greats such as Arturo Sandoval, Lee Konitz, Mel Torme, Benny Golson, James Moody, and Herb Ellis. Wakeling has also worked with some of the most significant rhythm section players of our time, including Albert “Tootie”Heath, Mickey Roker, Lewis Nash, Butch Miles, Grady Tate, Dave Frishberg, Bill Mays, Roger Kellaway, and Art Lande.
