Thad is a prolific composer, improviser, and trumpet player based out of Vancouver, B.C. His playing can be found on over a dozen albums, and his projects have been featured in numerous festivals and venues in Canada. Having a diverse musical background, Thad’s performances evoke a colourful mosaic of harmonic choices, all while remaining deeply rooted in the traditions of jazz improvisational language. He will be joined by Nicholas Bracewell on drums, and Chris Fraser on guitar.
