Mili Hong is a Montréal-based drummer whose keen sensitivity to dynamics and ability to adapt to different types of music—jazz, pop, improv, rock, folk, and beyond—allows her to express a wide range of emotions and connect deeply with her collaborators, including Bellbird, Erika Angell, Pony Girl, Corey Gulkin, Shapes, Melissa Pipe Sextet, and Watermill Project. Joining Mili is the award-winning Australian saxophonist Julien Wilson (of Open Thread), and two phenomenal Vancouver jazz players in bassist Jodi Proznick and saxophonist Jon Bentley.
