As a 24 year old Canadian singer-songwriter/producer, Julia Nicholson balances storytelling, soulful guitar lines, and an intimacy of voice with a musical maturity beyond her years.

Inspired by a childhood listening to Fleetwood Mac, Bill Withers, Etta James, and the Eagles’ records, her debut album exhibits musicality and artistic clarity unparalleled by her contemporaries in the pop world. Since releasing her first self titled EP at age 15 some of her highlighted accomplishments have been recording sessions in LA, showcases and songwriting camps in Nashville, opening a 10,000 seat show in Singapore, to recording and establishing herself as a co-producer for her debut album What A Feeling in Toronto with Ari Rhodes and Mikhail Cronin.
