From New York: Noah Preminger Quartet

Prolific Brooklyn-based saxophonist Noah Preminger is a winner of a Downbeat Magazine’s Rising Star Best Tenor Saxophonist award, and has recorded over twelve critically acclaimed albums. The New York Times declares: “Mr. Preminger designs a different kind of sound for each note, an individual destiny and story.” Recent releases include Meditations On Freedom, a duo album with pianist Frank Carlberg, and a recording of the music of Otto Preminger’s films. He has played and/or recorded with the likes of Dave Holland, John Patitucci, Rob Garcia, Joe Lovano, Victor Lewis, John and Bucky Pizzarelli, and Roscoe Mitchell.
