The Montreal Jazz festival calls guitarist David Blake a “genuine feast for the soul.” His contemporary sound is steeped in the traditions of jazz and improvised music, straddling the line between conventional song forms and free jazz.

Tonight he performs original compositions and standards with Conrad Good bass and Joe Poole drums.
