Toronto-based pianist/composer Amanda Tosoff is “an assured, forward-thinking voice” (Vancouver Sun) who pairs a rigorous command of the jazz piano legacy with an eagerness to push beyond labels. With her latest release—the 2022 JUNO-nominated Earth Voices—Tosoff pulls jazz, pop, art-song, and poetry into her deeply emotional, lyrical orbit.
