Vancouver-based composer/guitarist Alvaro Rojas calls on some of Canada’s finest jazz, improve, and world music players to add elements of Afro-Peruvian rhythms and forms to Rojas’ harmonically adventurous, textural approach. With Peggy Lee cello, Chris Gestrin keyboards, Meredith Bates violin, James Meger bass, Sam Cartwright drums, and Liam MacDonald percussion.
