The Sharon Minemoto Quartet is a highly interactive unit that performs her originals music. Her memorable compositions are influenced by a wide range of composers such as Herbie Hancock, Kenny Wheeler, Stevie Wonder, and Alexander Scriabin. The group’s most recent release Safe Travels is written in memory of Minemoto’s long-time partner, jazz pianist/saxophonist, Ross Taggart.
