Celebrating the birthday of Linton Garner who would have turned 102 on March 25, this tribute honours the music Linton enjoyed playing along with selections from his iconic recording, Thanks. Linton dedicated the recording to his brother Erroll Garner, who composed the jazz standard “Misty”. For this special celebration long-time sideman drummer Don Fraser is joined by celebrated pianist Ron Johnston, bassist Russ Botten and the soulful David Say on tenor sax.

Proceeds from the sale of Thanks CDs goes to support the Linton Garner scholarship program at Capilano University.
