St Andrew's-Wesley United Church

From its stained glass windows casting jewel-like tones in the sanctuary to the Gothic tower which looms over Burrard Street, St. Andew’s-Wesley is truly a unique jazz venue. Every Sunday from 4-5 pm it offers Jazz Vespers, one of only two churches in the world with such a commitment to this music (the other is in New York City). Founded in 1933, its passion for music is equalled by the congregation’s dedication to social action which includes programs to end homelessness and reach out to women in need.
