Q: Where can I find a Festival guide?
A: TD Bank branches, Chapters Indigo, Tom Lee Music and various locations throughout the Lower Mainland. Digital & downloadable PDF versions are available HERE
Q: Is there a map?
A: Click HERE for maps of venues, parking, and our 2 free weekend sites – Downtown Jazz & David Lam Park
Q: Are there ticketed venues that do not allow minors?
A: You must be 19+ to enter The Ironworks & Venue
Q: Is there a 2013 Hopper Pass?
Q: Where can I pick up the tickets I have purchased online or by phone before the day of the show?
A: Northern Tickets Box Office, 918 Granville Street. Monday to Saturday 10am to 6pm & Sunday 12pm-4pm
Q: My ticket says GA or Seating is limited - what does that mean?
A: GA means General Admission where a ticket does not get you a specific seat. Seating is Limited means that there are limited places to sit in the venue and there is likely a dance floor/ standing area. There are fewer seats than tickets available, and seating is not guaranteed.
Q: What does “ticket sales are cut off at 3pm on the day of show” mean? (does this mean that the show is SOLD OUT?)
A: This does NOT mean the show is sold out. Advance ticket sales end at 3pm each day for concerts that evening. To purchase a ticket after 3PM for a show that night, you need to go to the Box Office/Will Call at the venue where the performance takes place.
Q: When does the Will Call/Box Office open at each venue?
A: Approximately one hour prior to show time
Q: What is the Roundhouse Performance Centre Pass?
A: A pass that allows you access to all seven shows Saturday, June 29 and Sunday, June 30 at the Roundhouse Performance Centre. Click HERE for more info.
Q: What is the Innovation Series - Ironworks Bundle?
A: Choose any three shows from Innovation Series – Ironworks & Ironworks Late Night (15 shows to choose from) and it will cost less than buying 3 single tickets. Buying a bundle allows you to buy in advance for shows where tickets are otherwise only available at the door. Click HERE for more info.
