Frankie’s Jazz Bar: Since its inception as Vancouver’s downtown jazz club in October 2015, Frankie’s Jazz Club has played host to Vancouver’s top artists, great jazz musicians from across Canada, and notable international talent from New York, New Orleans, Chicago and Europe. Operating Thursday through Sunday evenings, with Big Band Monday Nights and late week happy hour performances, Frankie’s presents over 200 carefully curated performances every year, in an ambiance reminiscent of New York’s finest jazz clubs.
Corporate support plays a part in Frankie’s presentations, supporting artist costs and travel for international artists, and enjoying direct interaction with the musicians. Also, many of our international and local artists are active in education and outreach. Corporate sponsorship enables these artists to present student concerts, master-classes, workshops and talks to university level musicians, and secondary and elementary school students, in Vancouver, the Lower Mainland, and throughout BC and the Yukon.
